cant make over seas calls

i am currently overseas in oman and was able to make calls all day on my phone.  i do have a global plan but all of a sudden i can make no calls but still have internet connectivity.  can anyone help?

:Hi.  I am sorry you are unable to make calls.  I can certainly help you from here.   Since you are able to browse the web, you can try to connect your Mobile Network Options.  From your home screen, go to "Manage Connections" and then go to "Mobile Network Options".  Make sure you are on Automatic and you are set up for Global or GSM.
