I have the Bold 9930 and have had it for two weeks. The problems that I am having are the following: Cannot access google searches without a communication failure error; cannot open emails and often cannot receive phone calls.
How do I resolve these problems?
Make sure your Mobile network service options are configured properly - Data services on, Mobile Network Verizon, Auto select mode, and Network technology 1XEV.
Try dialing *228 option 1 to reset your network connection.
