Call the 800 number from someone elses phone or if you have a land line push whatever button gets you to tech support. A voice will ask you to describe problem tell them BB and they will get you to the Verizon BB tech team. Then they can try to fix it and at least open a trouble ticket. If you have an older phone they may blame it on that. I had to give up my Texas only plan and go nationwide and switch to a newer phone. I went with a BB and all is well now. No more dropped calls, no more searching for network, no more battery getting drained in less than a day in stand by mode..
