I recently got the blackberry tour and everything with the e-mail worked fine on it and then i had to get a replacement one sent to me and now I am having problems. My e-mail won't work at all. I use my college e-mail and for some reason I keep getting a message reading "we are unable to set up (my e-mail address)." I don't know why it is doing this, and it worked fine on my other phone. If anyone has any suggestions please help!
Have you tried to setup your email through the Blackberry Internet Service website instead of through the phone? You can go to https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw&locale=en to login and set it up. Otherwise I would possibly do the battery pull reset as it seems you may not have had the phone completely initialized when you got it.
