I have had my Blackberry Curve about 6 weeks. Yesterday it crashed a bit at a time. Came back up last evening, was working this morning and now no email or browser. I backed it up last evening on my laptop and I am new to Blackberry. Could I have messed it up? Verizon is sending me a new phone today and I found out I have to transfer the data. Any tips for a novice?
There is currently an email outage..Sort of...It has come back for some but not for others. Been going on since very early this morning.
