My blackberry was working fine this morning. All of a sudden none of the buttons on the screen or on the phone itself would work. I can see my screen but cant click on anything. I can scroll the page up and down but thats about it. I cant call out but people can call in but I cant pick up the call. Can anyone help? Thanks!

First try removing the battery for about 30 seconds and then replace and reboot.
If that doesn't work it is going to take someone better than me.
May have to take to Verizon.

Bat pull will free up some memory but also click on the world globe (internet icon) and once it opens click BB button (menu) and then click options then you will see mb listed and a clear memory. Go thru each one clicking and clearing memory. Then go to "options icon" open it and scroll down to memory, push memory bar and you should have over 30MB there. You need to do this I think every day to keep it from freezing up. Also be sure every app you can close is closed. If you don't know how to close an app write back. It will be tomorrow as I'm going to bed now.

I had this problem before as well. After you do a battery pull and reboot you need to go to the main menu and select set up. From there select email set up then bring up your sub menu and select resend service books. Hope this works for you!
