having trouble fixing my jum error 545 and i have already updated it

Hi I am getting really frustrated with the updating software on my phone. I have tried to update it using the cooprate e-mail process, personal e-mail process, download the new verison off the blackberry desktop, downloaded the verizon access manger, uninstalled the old verzion from my computer, taken the battery out, rest it several times, clicked update on the verizon site itself and just about anything to update this phone. But no matter what it still says jum error 545. I have a blackberry strom 9530 and i have almost had this for a year. I despertly need help!!! If you got any ideas I would greatly appreciate them.

Hi,

From what I understand from your post, you have a Storm 1 and you are trying to update the software.  I also understand from your post you are on a corporate system, a BES system.  To update you phone, you have to get all of the permissions in the software granted by your tech department.  They should be able to update the phone for you.
