Hi,

To clear your Blackberry back to factory settings, you will need to perform a Security Wipe.  Go to Options>Security Options ans select Security Wipe.  Check the box next to Emails, Contacts, etc. and User Installed Applications.  You can remove the media card in case you want to use it on another device.  Follow the prompts and it will be just like the day it arrived from the factory.  Hope this helps.
