i just want the meomory cleared on this phone that my aunt sent me its her used blackberry tour, do i have to go to the store or can i do it online, and how would i go about doing it?

It's very easy to wipe the data from a Blackberry, no trip to the store needed.
Find the Options icon on the main screen and click on it. Then find Security Options. Here you'll look for 1 of 2 things depending on your software version; Security Wipe or General Security Options.
If you have Security Wipe click on that and it will give you options to erase all personal information and 3rd party applications.
If you don't see Security Wipe then click on Security Options and press the menu button (the one with all the dots) and select Wipe Handheld. This will start the wipe process for you.
The whole wipe will take about 10-20 minutes and may require the phone to reboot more than once. When you're done the device will be loaded the same as it was when it was taken out of the original box.
