multiple e-mail replies showing up on 9550 using GMail

Is this a Verizon issue or a GMail issue?

No matter what I do when ever I send an e-mail on device OR my computer form either AOL or GMail (I have both accounts) a stream of multiple copies of my sent e-mail appears in my inbox.

Any idea as to how I stop this?  It is very frustaring.

Log into your gmail account with your computer and go to Settings/Filters and create a new filter. Set the filter so that email "From" your account goes into any folder other than the "Inbox".

It's been a while since I've used gmail but I believe that should do it.
