my tour shows that I have a message, but I am unable to clear it out. It has shown a message for about 2 weeks now. I have checked everywhere I can think of, pulled the battery, tried my quickpull, and the message symbol wont go away. Any ideas what I am missing or how to clear it?
Have you tried to possibly reset your phone back to default settings? Could be worth a shot
I bet you saved it and didn't realize it. Find your saved files folder and if it's there just open or delete it and the message indicator should go away.
try calling phone and leave a message then when the message comes up it will be able to be deleted
