I needed to recreate my email setup again and my email address is no longer active.   I have reset the password by PIN only.  I have be using that address for at lease two years.   I don't not want to create a new one.   Can you help

Once a BlackBerry e-mail address is deactivated, the same address can only be reactivated by BlackBerry. A Verizon customer service rep can take care of this for you if you call, but it may take a couple of days to complete the reactivation.
