I am having trouble with my Tour. There is one message that I can neither open, or delete. I have viewed the message on my Outlook, but I can't get it to come off of my handheld, and the message icon is driving my OCD traits crazy. Any help would be appreciated. This is the first and only message I have had trouble with so far.
Try using the menu key then "Reconcile Now" from mail
The first step in troubleshooting any issue is to always pull your battery and let the phone reboot. Usually fixes most glitches.
