Help! I really need this phone on. My son created a password to lock/unlock the phone. He cannot remember the code. I've tried 9 combinations...but cannot try again. Any idea as to how i can reset this thing? Thanks.

I'm sure a know-it-all will chime in if I'm wrong, but I think you'll have to wipe the phone and start over ie: have verizon reload your OS.  If there is a password on it, there's a reason they don't make it easy to break into.  Resetting the phone is as simple as a battery pull, but I don't think that will solve your issue.

Have you backed yo this phone to your computer through the Desktop Mnanger software? If you have just type the wrong password one more time and restore from your backup. If not backup before you retype the password. There is no alternative this is why a blackberries security is the best.
