Having full ability to use your device is so very important. For privacy concerns we would want to make sure we get you off of speakerphone. Do you have any physical or liquid damage on the device? Is there anything in your headjack port? Any debris or anything? If so, we encourage you to remove this. We also want you to power your device off fully and power back on.

I had the same problem. I tried the suggestion above and it did not work for me. Since I was able to upgrade, I bought a Priv.
