I just got my phone a few days ago. SMS and everything else was working smoothly... until a day after I bought it, I shut it off during class. Ever since then I've been experiencing problem after problem after problem. I can not send or recieve texts, make or recieve calls, and now I'm not getting updates from facebook, only from my e-mail. when I have wireless connection/service I can BBM but it takes a while to go through. I have shut it off and taken out the battery. I have taken out the battery while still on. I called tech and was on the phone for a long time only to have the (very nice) woman say there must have been something wrong with the network. i dont know what else to do euh.
From your home screen, go into "Manage Connections." Does it say your mobile network is on? Also click on "Services Status" from that same menu and check your settings.
Because you can't call or text, and your phone will only use data services like BBM and e-mail (are these using Wi-Fi?), I suspect there is a problem with your cellular radio connection. That's why I wanted you to check that everything is turned on.
