problems with purchased apps

i have a new bb classic on which I have purchased several apps.  From time to time, I get a message saying, you don't own this app, quit app.  Not sure how to repair this issue.

Shaneinnc, Hope you are loving your new phone, it is always fun getting them all set up. Having the latest apps and making sure they work seamlessly is important. Do you have a Blackberry ID? Is it set up on the device and signed in? You need to be connected to the blackberry world to be able to use the apps. Please take a look here for some assistance with the apps.
