Fail: This is absolutely incorrect, as 10.1.++ is already out there and released by BB with 10.2 nearing completion and likely 10.3 already in the works. 10.1.++ is already on the VZW Q10's right out of the box!
New BB10 mobile device users: if you are experiencing any issues, it is not Blackberry, they are already way ahead on their OS updates, it is the lack of expeditious OS release support from your carrier.
Sad VZW, really, truly, sad.

I'm in full agreement. I have 3 lines, all with Blackberry devices. If Verizon isn't going to support my devices, then they aren't supporting ME as a customer, and I will find another carrier who wants my money.
Do you hear me, Verizon? You are very close to losing a long-time customer over your senseless delay and failure to properly support the device you sold to me!
