Have you checked your connection settings? What options are checked? Make sure your Network Selection is set to automatic, and the Network Technology is set to 1XEV (Go to Manage Connecitons, then look through the options available there).
Have you tried a battery pull? Dialing *228 option 1 to reconnect to the network?
That makes it pretty difficult to use the phone! I'm sorry! Were any of SuzyQ's suggestions helpful for you? Are you still having the issue? Did you try to pull the battery out of the phone while it was still powered on?
