I have good news for you and I have bad news. The good news is that you can fix your problem by reinstalling the Operating System using the blackberry desktop manager. You can find the latest version on their website. If you have never backed up your phone, your contacts are lost. All blackberry's have a security feature that will wipe the phone if you enter the wrong password too many times on your device. I suspect that happened to you. If you need help let me know.
