shuts off and restarts

my phone CONSTANTLY shuts off and restarts...even when its fully charged or if i'm on a call. today it shut off 4 times while i was on an important call. any solutions??

I'm so sorry to hear that you're having issues with your phone turning itself off! That must be incredibly inconvenient, especially when you really need to stay connected to something important. When did this begin? Do you have a Blackberry Z10? Have you attempted any troubleshooting yet with your device?
