storm 2 vibrate problems

I am having problems with the storm2 vibrate, not being able to feel it when wearing on the belt (in VZW holster). I was told that this is normal for all new BB, that with the holster you should wear it in your pocket. 

Has anyone else have this problem, and is it normal  with the Storm 2

have you checked setting for sound profile. try always on .that should work..
