Try this. Go to your Email Settings which for me was under a Setup folder. This will log you into the Blackberry Internet Service. Click on your email address. If you have multiple email accounts, select your blackberry email account. Click on Service Books. Select to Send Service Books. This will send the service book back to your device and should clear up your problem. After you receive a confirmation email, remove the back cover and pull the battery out and then reinsert the battery and restart the device. See if that clears up your problem.
