tethering problem with bb storm

I upgraded from BB pearl to the curve and with both devices I  was able to tether to my computer.  Now that I upgraded to the BB Storm I can not tether to my computer.  can anybody help.

You should be able to tether, you might want to call into customer service for step by step support.

What version VZ access manager do you have. I know for some reason I had a problem with my Storm tethering with the new software but works great on the old version of the software.
