We don't normally text but did several last month. When the bill arrived, there was a pleasant surprise - a notation that the texts were free because of a promotion giving 99 free texts. Does anyone know the details of how long the promo will last?
It could be a couple different things. The most common one seen is 100 free text messages for agreeing to a two year contract and thats 100 a month. There are also bonus promotions where you get X amount of messages free for two months. But most likely its the one where the system added bonus text messages onto a ton of peoples accounts as a courtesy for people. luckily yours was added when you needed it. most likely though its for two months. you can always dial *611 from your cell phone and just ask customer service as well or call 1-800-922-0204 from a landline.
