tooltip error??

I've looked through the threads and saw how to download themes but whenever I try it tells me I have a tooltip error or it says JavaScript error . I don't know what it means and how to actually get a theme to download.

  I went to Theme web site and had it emailed to my VZW email account then opened the email and there should be a download button in the email and it will download and install into your phone. Then I forward the VZW email to my home comp. and save it there plus you can use the BB menu button and save the email in your phone.
