Yikes! I'm very sorry to hear that your device may have gotten a mind of its own and lowered your device ringtone. I understand how important it is to be able to hear your device when needed. I have great news! I know exactly how to solve this. To alter your ringtone volume, please toggle the volume switches on the left hand side of your device. This will allow you to change the volume to your desired frequency when the device is unlocked and on the home screen. Also, you may navigate to the sound icon in the upper right hand corner to alter your selected sound mode.
