I can only hear callers if I put the phone on speakerphone. I have done the battery pull trick. I am running os 5.0. any ideas? yes, I have checked the mute button.

If you can just try to reset the phone back to default settings

I had the opposite problem and called CS at 800-922-0204 push response to CS and when you get an auto question, say Blackberry and you will be connected to a BB tech at VZW. They can then see if it can be fixed by their suggested remedy's. If not they should be able to arrange a swap for another S1. You must call from another phone,other than the one you are calling about. You may have some app. that is effecting your hearing calls. Install Dsktop mgr on your comp. if you have not already done so, as they will have you back it up.
