I have been trying for several hours to download the vz access manager for my bb 8330 for several hours I get 3/4 of the way through it and then it says it loses contact with vz server and then closes down. What am I doing wrong
I don't think you are doing anything wrong. A couple things I would try is restarting your computer, trying to download during an off hour, and possibly to a different location on your computer. I havn't seen any issues with their download site today.
If none of that works, try doing the download on another computer and then transferring it to your computer and go from there.
What type of internet connection are you using?
