in the process of downloading an app my fone shut off on me and displayed reload software: 552...what does this mean and how do i fix it?
I am sorry for your troubles. I am trying to keep track of which apps were being loaded when this error occurs. If you could help me by telling me the name of the app you were downloading and if it was from Blackberry App World or downloaded from the application's vendor site. This might help me with some research I'm doing into this problem and hopefully some answers to prevent it from happening again. Thanks in advance.
