what is website to do my email setup instead of using doing it on my device

I have a website in the past to ADD or Modify my existing email accounts instead of it on my BB device. Can anyone please remind of that site.

This is basically a website you go to, you are then prompted for a username/password. then you have access to all your existing email accounts, you can then validate, add, modify or delete your accounts. I forget the URL of the site. Thank you, Bob
