When will the Blackberry Classic be available to verizon customers? It says on the blackberry pre-order page that it is not for verizon customers, so if I order it from there it won't work, right? BlackBerry US Online Store - BlackBerry Classic (Pre-Order)
It seems that shopblackberry.com always sells just the GSM models of phones, I have never seen one compatible with Verizon. It is likely mid December before the official release of the Classic, quite sure VZW will carry it.
I notice we aren't getting any input from VZW support. The Classic is up for presale, but it seems you cannot get a CDMA model yet that is compatible with Verizon Wireless. I guess we wait and see.
Called VZ and can't any feedback as to whether they'll carry it......if not I'll need to go elsewhere.
We are still a ways from the Classic release on December 17, 2014. Will VZW have it right away, only time will tell.
Checking with any VZW rep or support is a waste of time, doubt that anyone knows yet.
