For the past few months, when I click to view a photo sent to me via text, it just disappears. I am not able to see who sent it unless I go through my phone log and try to figure out who contacted me at that exact time via text.
This is not the experience that we want you to have when using your device, Backspace. Which text messaging application are you using when you try to view your pictures? Have you updated all the software on your device?
