I cant seem to get my phone out of the wifi mode, and conected to verizons internet. I also cant get my contact assitance to work.

On your Blackberry device, press the Menu key and go to Manage Connections. Uncheck the box next to Wi-Fi and make sure the box next to Mobile Network is checked. Now, remove the back cover of your device and remove the battery and then reinsert it. This battery pull will hard reboot your device. Once it is back up and running, you should be connected to Verizon's Mobile Network.
