i have a blackberry curve and i can't   zoom in before i take a pic? any body know why

and it was working perfectly fine 2days ago with the finger thing and i even tried press 3/r key like the book said i have had this phone for about 2months now and incase this matters its the blackbery curve 1830 or 1835 what ever it is its the newer model for curve thanks
