This was asked almost a year ago and the thread seemed to degrade into nonsense after a bit.
I have the Asus Rog Phone 2 and would like to use it on my Verizon account. I understand the is an issue regarding VoLTE support which is preventing the phone from working on the network.
My question is, who do I have to annoy to get this fixed? From what if have read on forums this is a carrier compatibility issue regarding allowing some kind of communication. I would like to work with you and your team to fix the problem and see if we can make all Asus Rog Phone users able to use their device on the nation's largest network.
You'd have to annoy the phone manufacturer Asus. You're asking Verizon to fit a square peg into a circle hole. It's a hardware incompatibility, no amount of calling Verizon will fix something that was never meant to work with Verizon's network.
