I signed up for Verizon in early December and brought my own device. This triggered me to receive a rebate. I submitted my info for it. Gave me a tracking number and today on 2/13/2021 was the date it said it would be validated. I spoke with an agent earlier and was given a runaround and said this rebate takes between 8-10 weeks and I said I was told 6-8 weeks and 8 weeks is now. She says nothing she can do because it is pending and when I asked to speak with an agent she hung up on me. Why is this so difficult? What's the point of promos and rebates when companies make them impossible to get?
