BYOD $450 how to

Ported over 4 lines from att with BYOD (ordered online on apr 30). Activated 1 esim same day - and 3 other sim which were fedexed on May 4. 

So far, no notification on myvzw on how to redeem it. I hate to post another thread - but unsure how to get any attention with vz. Did I make a mistake here switching to vz?

You can visit https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/ and enter your purchase date and Promo code VZBYOD450. You should also see this information on your My Verizon account online in your to-do section.
