I have tried to submit a rebate for more than 24 hours through the application and website but keep getting a message saying it is having trouble with this submittal. (Including telling me to call *611 — which I did twice but was disconnected with on the first call and put on hold for the second). I am trying to submit a rebate for a second line I added to my account with an approved device.
