I have been having nothing but problems since switching back to VZW. We got our BYOD gift card and I know it states that we will need to stay with the service for 12 months of we would get charged back. My question which I can't find an answer to is, if we have not used the gift card and do not use it, and we cancel, are we going to get charged back for a gift card we never used?

Hello Losboricua, the gift card can expire so if you don't use it because about the policies with Verizon it can expire.
