I added a new line under my account and there were couple of promotions offered to me, out of that I chose BYOB because when I check here (https://www.verizonwireless.com/bring-your-own-device/) the only eligibility criteria that were mentioned was Bring your own device and apply the rebate in 30 days and nowhere on the page it said port-in required. Also during the entire order processing that I went through with Bring your own device option, it was not mentioned anywhere that it requires port-in. After 8 weeks now it says rebate status is not valid. It is literally **bleep** me off that rebate is not approved and now even I can't use other deals that were provided to me earlier. If the clear information is not provided then my rebate shouldn't be denied.

 

NOT PLEASED WITH SERVICE AT ALL, HARD TIMES FROM DAY ONE.

So sorry to hear about the confusion over a promo, nparek03. Please make sure to click the "i" with a circle around on by step 3 for the requirement for porting a number. Does this clarify? Are you a new customer?
