I transferred a line from my friends account to mine and then I got a notification saying that I got a $300 BYOD rebate. But now I can't find it anywhere. Am I not eligible for it anymore since I ordered a phone for that line and am trading in the phone that I transferred over?

BYOD promotions do require the device id for the device that you have brought over to Verizon Wireless to remain active on the line for at least 45 consecutive days. If you did initiate a new purchase or are trading in that device prior to the 45 days, this would explain why you are no longer eligible for that promotion.
