OK... I am at the end of my patience... I have spent 10s of hours calling, waiting and chatting with support... trying to get to the bottom of this. I just converted my cellular service to Verizon from ATT and I  brought 2 devices over expecting to get the $500 promotion for each phone. I also purchased 2 new phones and have a total of 4 lines.  After  3 months now the only response I get is  " Your purchase was not from a participating location" and that my request is "invalid".... Now I am pretty good at reviewing the terms and there was no where that I saw that there was a requirement that you had to have purchased the device that you bring to Verizon from specific retailers... This is sounding more and more like fraud to me. The promoting is still in play now... I think that if Verizon actually cares they will honor their committment and send me the $1000 promotion.... Now one last note... After 3 hours on a call with support yesterday, 3/21/22, I had asked to speak to a supervisior, the support rep told me that the supervisor was on a call and that they would call me back shortly ... Well, they never called and I really didn't think they would... very disapointing... depending on their next response, I will determine what my next steps will be...

Hello, just a brief update...

The support I received  on this issue was exceptional. What I had spent 10 of hours on was resolved to my satisfaction with in one hour!
