Hi.

I am looking to add a line with an unlocked phone I bought from Motorola. I've tried every way, including every online system and talking to phone support / sales for literally hours no one can add this line for me.

Everyone asks me for the same information that I would enter into the fields myself... like I'm a fool. Then when they experience the same error it's rinse and repeat with another call center person.....

Everyone gets stuck in an "add device protection" loop...

The last person I talked to straight up lied and said they had to activate it tomorrow and call me back (a week ago) and that they were sending a sim card (they didn't)
