Hi there. I broke my phone and am trying to transfer my number to another device. After inputting the device ID a verification code is sent via text message. I have no way of reviewing said text message to receive the code as the only phone it allows me to send it to is the broken one. Can it be sent through email or to another number? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there! Sorry to hear about the broken device, and we definitely want to make sure you are able to transfer your number to a new phone. Are you using the same SIM Card to activate the phone? If so, you can complete the activation by inputting the SIM Card in the device when it is powered off.
