***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. Be careful when using Verizon delivery to your home address! We've had an iPhone13 on backorder for 3 weeks and when they finally ship it, UPS delivers the package outside of the delivery window given.  We have to wait 3 more days for the next business delivery day because Verizon won't allow a signature release and UPS can't provide an accurate delivery window. Verizon home delivery is a terrible option! We've wasted countless hours waiting for our phone to arrive, not to mention the hours chatting and talking to Verizon and UPS agents who say they care, but don't do anything about their incompetence and poor customer service policies.
