The fine print reads Free Verizon Stream TV: redemption barcode req'd and must be redeemed within 30 days of activation at vzw.com or a Verizon retail store; Limit 1 Verizon Stream TV per transaction.
But, I can't find the barcode anywhere in my account or bills. I contacted online support and they only gave me a number to call Telesales at 1-800-225-5499, which is time-wasting to call.
If I had to guess, you will never get it. I still have device charges on my account for the "get a free iPhone 12 mini on us" I was offered in December. I met all conditions, and am accepting I have to pay for it. Now ready to port my number to another carrier. I do not understand how this works for Verizon, losing a customer after none years, but it must. Adjust your expectations accordingly.
