The fine print reads Free Verizon Stream TV: redemption barcode req'd and must be redeemed within 30 days of activation at vzw.com or a Verizon retail store; Limit 1 Verizon Stream TV per transaction.
But, I can't find the barcode anywhere in my account or bills. I contacted online support and they only gave me a number to call Telesales at 1-800-225-5499, which is time-wasting to call.

Call Tele sales for the code but good luck. Search the forums and you will see lots can't get the code to work. Mary

If I had to guess, you will never get it. I still have device charges on my account for the "get a free iPhone 12 mini on us" I was offered in December. I met all conditions, and am accepting I have to pay for it. Now ready to port my number to another carrier. I do not understand how this works for Verizon, losing a customer after none years, but it must. Adjust your expectations accordingly.

Better off buying a roku. Best buy usually has the voice remote ones on sale for $40.

After several unsuccessful attempts to call customer service and many hours of time being wasted, I can certify that it’s nearly impossible to get Verizon stream device. I have been told by customer service that either ineligible, expired, or no such promotions.

Same problem. Why do you have an offer that is nearly impossible to get? It should be really easy. You have our number, text us the code and we apply it. Other companies seem to be able to do this with no problems. It is totally turning me off to Verizon. That and charging $35 activation per line.
