When activating a Verizon compatible device that you did not purchase from Verizon, please do the following to ensure Voice and Data performance.
To activate on an existing line with Verizon, log into My Verizon (above) and go to "My Devices," then "Activate or Switch Device." Follow the instructions to activate your device. There is no fee and this process ensures the correct features are added to your line for your new device.
