I was only able to get one rebate out of 3. Last time I spoke to a woman that had me check the tracking first week of February, she spoke to someone and told me to check on the 23rd of Feb.. I found only one number did track and at that time was the one I did receive a 200.00 card. I tracked the other 2 numbers and all I got is as follows,

We had the same thing happen to us. Still no resolution. Switching back to US Cellular.

This does not work for me. It isn’t accepting my name and I never got a tracking number via email. I had confirmation that the code was accepted when I originally submitted, but never received an email.

Yes, at the time there was confirmation on the submission website, but I never received a confirmation email

Call there again? This is I think the 3rd time I call and every time it is an hour+ on the phone. This is ridiculous. I do how ever get the notice of my bill auto withdraw from my bank almost 2 weeks ahead of time. well I think I am canceling the auto pay and putting this out to the public. I stood by my promise and Verizon has lied and scammed so many as far as I can tell. American greed!

Are you asking me? if so, I did talk to someone and I think once did speak to a rebate specialist. I was told to check my mail and after a couple of weeks if have not yet received the two rebate cards for $200.00 each to call back. I did call and told them I have not received the cards . This began almost 5 months ago. Why is it that to withdraw the payment was overnight but to get what was promised by Verizon has taken months. I do not have the time to spend hours on phone getting the run around. These are games meant to tire your costumers out till they stop.
